This Privacy Policy explains how Nuxora (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Nuxora mobile applications, websites, and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this policy.
Who we are
Nuxora provides AI-assisted business operations software for owners and teams (for example scheduling, inbox, documents, and fleet workflows). Our contact email for privacy questions is privacy@nuxora.ai.
Information we collect
Account and profile data: name, email address, password (stored hashed), role, and business/tenant information you provide. Business content you upload or generate in the product: messages, appointments, customer records, documents, photos or scans you submit, tasks, and related operational notes. Device and usage data: app version, device type, approximate diagnostics/logs needed to keep the Services reliable, and authentication tokens. Support communications: messages you send to us about the product.
How we use information
We use information to: • create and secure your account and workspace; • provide core product features (inbox, calendar, documents, AI assistance, notifications); • improve reliability, prevent abuse, and debug issues; • communicate about the Services (including security and product notices); • comply with law and enforce our terms.
AI processing
Some features use AI models to summarize, draft, classify, or extract information from content you provide (for example messages or scanned documents). AI processing is performed to deliver the feature you requested. Do not submit information you are not authorized to process in your business systems.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: • service providers who host infrastructure, send notifications, or run AI/model APIs under contracts that limit use to providing services to us; • other users in your organization according to roles you configure; • authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety; • a successor entity if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (with notice where required).
Retention
We retain account and workspace data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. We may retain limited logs and backups for security, legal, and operational purposes for a reasonable period, then delete or anonymize them.
Security
We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact privacy@nuxora.ai to make a request. You can also update profile details in the app where available, or ask your workspace owner/admin to remove access.
Children
The Services are designed for business users and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International transfers
We may process information on servers in different countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or by email when appropriate.
